Scientists test if sunlight and hiking can reset your sleep schedule
NCT ID NCT05513547
Summary
This study investigated how daytime light exposure and physical activity affect the body's internal clock and sleep. Researchers tested 51 healthy young adults under different lighting conditions (office lights, natural daylight, and filtered daylight) and activity levels (resting vs. hiking). The goal was to understand how these everyday factors help regulate our sleep-wake cycles and improve sleep quality.
