First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether transferring an embryo on day 2 or day 3 after fertilization leads to more live births in women aged 35 or older with low egg supply. About 470 women will be randomly assigned to one of the two transfer days. The goal is to find the best timing to improve pregnancy success.
