Summary

This study looks at how limiting eating to an 8-hour window each day affects sleep, physical activity, and sitting time in healthy college women aged 18-26. Participants will wear an activity monitor and report their eating times for three weeks. The goal is to see if time-restricted eating is practical and beneficial for this group.
