Summary
This study is testing a new way to design exercise programs for people who have had a stroke. Researchers will use motion-sensor data to create a personalized 6-week training plan aimed at improving how participants walk. The goal is to see if this data-driven approach helps with walking patterns, balance, and overall mobility better than standard exercise programs.
