Could a Heart-Healthy diet also help Parkinson's patients?
NCT ID NCT07402993
Summary
This study looked at whether following the DASH diet, known for heart benefits, was linked to better heart health markers in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers measured diet habits, body measurements, and blood markers in 70 participants. The goal was to gather information, not to test a treatment, to see if diet could play a role in managing overall health for these patients.
