Summary
This study tests whether combining dasatinib with ropeginterferon can better control chronic myeloid leukemia in its early phase. About 40 adults newly diagnosed with CML will receive the drug pair to see if it improves disease control and reduces side effects. The goal is to manage the cancer long-term, not to cure it.
