Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing the drug dasatinib alone in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) whose cancer did not respond to the usual combination of venetoclax and azacitidine. The main goal is to see if dasatinib can shrink the leukemia after two months of treatment. About 35 people will take dasatinib daily for up to 3 months, and doctors will check their blood and bone marrow for signs of remission.
