Summary

This study tests whether a blood test (NavDx) can help doctors decide the right amount of radiation for people with HPV-related throat cancer. The goal is to give enough treatment to control the cancer while reducing side effects. About 455 adults with certain stages of throat cancer will take part. The approach aims to improve disease control and quality of life, but does not offer a cure.
