Summary

This study is checking the safety of darolutamide, a prostate cancer drug, when given alongside standard hormone therapy to men in India. It focuses on men whose prostate cancer hasn't spread but keeps growing despite low testosterone levels. Researchers will monitor for side effects and see how well the treatment works in real-world conditions.
