Summary

This study tests whether daridorexant, a sleep medication, can help prevent Alzheimer's disease by clearing harmful proteins from the brain. It is open to 240 adults without dementia, even if they don't have sleep problems. Participants will take the drug or a placebo for a period and have their blood and thinking skills monitored.
