Summary
This study is for children and young adults newly diagnosed with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LL). It will test if adding a targeted drug called daratumumab to standard chemotherapy helps patients stay cancer-free longer and improves survival. About 1,700 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard chemo or the standard chemo plus daratumumab.
