Summary

This study looks at how the drug dapagliflozin affects the structure and blood flow of transplanted kidneys in people with reduced kidney function one year after transplant. About 48 participants will be randomly assigned to take dapagliflozin or not, and researchers will analyze routine biopsy samples and MRI scans. The goal is to understand the drug's effects on inflammation, oxidative stress, and kidney tissue health.
