Ancient exercise may ease Chemotherapy's harsh side effects
NCT ID NCT07262099
Summary
This study looked at whether a traditional mind-body exercise called Shangshou Dao-yin could help breast cancer patients feel better during chemotherapy. Researchers compared 150 patients who either did 20 minutes of daily exercise or received standard care alone. They measured sleep quality, overall well-being, and side effects to see if the gentle movements improved patients' experience of treatment.
