Summary
This study tests whether two common supplements—coenzyme Q10 and selenium—can reduce hospitalizations and heart-related deaths in people with heart failure. About 4,044 adults in Denmark will take either the supplements or placebos for two to three years. The goal is to see if these safe, low-cost options can improve outcomes for a serious condition.
