New danish study aims to measure surgical fear more accurately

Summary
This study translated the Dutch Surgical Fear Questionnaire into Danish and tested it with 236 adults scheduled for surgery. Participants also filled out two other questionnaires to check how well the new version measures fear. The goal is to give doctors a reliable tool to identify patients who are very anxious before an operation.
