Can music make your eyes dance? researchers test Sound's effect on vision reflex

NCT ID NCT07347470

Summary

This study aims to understand if adding rhythmic sound—like a metronome beat or music—to specific eye-head coordination exercises can improve the reflex that keeps vision clear when you move your head. Researchers will compare three conditions: exercises in silence, with a metronome, and with self-selected music in 12 healthy adults. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost addition makes the training more effective without causing more discomfort.
