Can creative dance help sharpen an aging mind?
NCT ID NCT06644690
Summary
This study tested whether adding creative dance to a standard cognitive therapy could better help older adults with mild memory concerns. Twenty-six participants were randomly assigned to receive either the therapy alone or the therapy combined with dance sessions for eight weeks. Researchers measured changes in memory, attention, and the ability to do two things at once to see which approach was more effective.
