Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week online dance therapy program can improve movement skills, quality of life, and daily participation in 30 children aged 6-14 with cancer. Participants will do two 35-40 minute dance sessions per week from home. The goal is to see if this fun, remote approach helps kids overcome physical and emotional challenges caused by cancer treatment.
