Summary

This study looks at whether a dance program can help adults aged 50 and older stay physically and emotionally healthy. About 110 healthy volunteers will be placed into a dance group, an exercise group, or a no-activity group. Researchers will measure fitness, mood, sleep, and thinking skills over several months to see if dancing offers unique benefits.
