NCT ID NCT07262177

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week program combining modern dance with mindfulness practices can improve mental wellbeing in adults who dance for fun. Researchers will measure changes in stress, happiness, life satisfaction, and how connected people feel to their movement.
