NCT ID NCT07262177
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week program combining modern dance with mindfulness practices can improve mental wellbeing in adults who dance for fun. About 160 participants will either take the weekly dance-mindfulness classes or continue their usual activities for comparison. Researchers will measure changes in stress, happiness, life satisfaction, and how connected people feel to their movement.
