Summary
This study is testing whether a 7-week group dance program can help people with Parkinson's disease. About 50 participants will either join the dance classes right away or be placed on a waitlist to compare results. The program, called Parkinson Ballroom Fitness, uses music and adapted dance steps to work on balance, walking, strength, and coordination, while also aiming to boost mood and social connection.
