Can creative dance help sharpen an aging mind?

NCT ID NCT06644690

Summary

This study tested whether adding creative dance to a standard brain training program could better help older adults with mild memory and thinking problems. Twenty-six participants were randomly assigned to receive either the standard training or the training combined with dance for eight weeks. Researchers measured changes in memory, attention, and the ability to do two things at once.
