Summary
This study tests whether adding daratumumab to standard drugs (bortezomib and dexamethasone) can shrink tumors in people with a rare and aggressive blood cancer called plasmablastic lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. About 28 adults will receive the combination intravenously or under the skin. The main goal is to see how many patients respond, while also monitoring side effects and how long the benefit lasts.
