Summary
This study tests whether a drug called dalargin can prevent serious organ problems after major abdominal surgery. About 200 adults having high-risk surgery will receive either dalargin or a placebo for 72 hours. The goal is to see if dalargin reduces complications like kidney injury, lung failure, or infections.
