Summary

This study looks at whether a fortified milk product, Super Mil Mamá, can improve the nutrient content of breast milk in pregnant and lactating women from vulnerable communities. Researchers will compare the levels of key nutrients like DHA, vitamins, and minerals in the breast milk and blood of women who drink the product versus those who don't. The goal is to see if this simple dietary addition can help ensure babies get the nutrition they need for healthy growth.
