Can three servings of dairy a day help control weight and blood sugar?
NCT ID NCT06879652
Summary
This study aims to understand how eating dairy products affects body weight, body fat, and metabolic health. Overweight teens (15-18) and older adults (60-80) will be randomly assigned to either eat three servings of dairy daily or keep their usual low-dairy diet for six months. Researchers will track changes in weight, body composition, blood sugar, and other health markers to see if the dairy intake makes a difference.
