Can a daily Weigh-In help teens fight obesity?
NCT ID NCT04837586
Summary
This study is testing whether asking teens with obesity to weigh themselves daily helps with weight management. It compares regular clinic care to adding either a simple home scale or a smart scale that shares weight data directly with the clinic. The goal is to see if this daily habit is helpful, safe, and practical for teens and their doctors.
