Summary
This study aims to find out if taking iron pills every other day works as well as taking them daily for children with iron deficiency anemia. Researchers will compare the two schedules over three months to see which one better improves blood health and causes fewer side effects. The goal is to find a treatment that is effective and easier for kids to stick with.
