Single-Port robot takes on major abdominal surgeries

Summary

This study is testing a new single-port surgical robot (da Vinci SP) for operations on the liver, pancreas, stomach, and esophagus. About 35 adults with either benign or malignant disease will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the robot can complete these complex surgeries safely without needing to switch to other methods.
