Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests an experimental oral drug called D-2570 in 75 adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either D-2570 or a placebo tablet for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug can achieve at least a 90% improvement in psoriasis severity (PASI-90). The study is currently recruiting.
