New hope for advanced breast cancer: D-0502 faces off against standard therapy

Summary

This study compares a new oral drug, D-0502, to a standard injected drug (fulvestrant) in people with a common type of advanced breast cancer (ER-positive, HER2-negative). The goal is to see if D-0502 can delay cancer growth better than the current treatment. About 640 adults whose cancer has worsened after prior hormone therapy will participate.
