Summary
This study aims to understand how approved cystic fibrosis (CF) modulator treatments affect the body's biological markers and patient health in real-world use. It will follow 500 people with CF in Germany for one year, measuring changes in sweat, intestinal function, lung health, and quality of life. The goal is to gather detailed information to better understand how these treatments work after they are prescribed.
