Researchers track how pregnancy affects women with cystic fibrosis on new medications

Summary
This study aims to understand how pregnancy affects lung function in women with cystic fibrosis who are taking newer, highly effective CFTR modulator medications. Researchers will follow 285 pregnant women with cystic fibrosis at 40 US sites, checking their lung function every 3 months during pregnancy and for 2 years after delivery. The goal is to gather knowledge about how these medications work during pregnancy to help guide future care for women with this condition.
