Can a new fitness plan build muscle for cystic fibrosis patients?
NCT ID NCT06457451
Summary
This study is testing if a structured diet and exercise program can help adults with cystic fibrosis build more muscle. It is for people who are already taking a modern drug therapy (Elexacaftor-Tezacaftor-Ivacaftor). Researchers want to see if this combined lifestyle program improves body composition and physical function over 12 months.
