First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new treatment called CYP-001 for people who develop a severe immune reaction (graft versus host disease) after a stem cell transplant. About 60 participants will receive either CYP-001 plus standard steroids or a placebo plus steroids. The goal is to see if adding CYP-001 improves the chance of controlling the disease without needing more treatments.
