Summary
This study looked at whether a single session of moderate cycling with virtual reality could help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) think faster. 23 adults with MS and mild-to-moderate walking difficulty took part. They did a cycling workout while using different types of virtual reality. The main goal was to see if this combo could improve processing speed, measured by a computer reaction-time test.
