Summary

This study watches 29 adults with type 1 diabetes during a 75 km gravel bike ride. It collects blood sugar, heart rate, and saliva/urine samples to understand how exercise changes the body. The goal is to use this data to train AI models that can predict blood sugar swings during exercise. No treatment is tested—only observation and data gathering.
