First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study compares a 9-week group cycling program to a single training session for adults who rarely cycle. Researchers want to see if the longer program helps more people start cycling and improves their health and well-being. About 268 adults will take part, and the study will also check if the program is worth the cost.
