New anxiety drug shows promise in early trial

Summary

This study tests a new medication called CYB004 for people with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). The goal is to see if it safely reduces anxiety symptoms. About 36 adults with moderate to severe GAD will take either CYB004 or an active control. Researchers will measure anxiety levels using a standard scale and monitor side effects.
