NCT ID NCT07539688

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called CY-219 CAR-T cells in 18 people whose B-cell lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to standard care. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to measure how well it shrinks tumors.
