Summary

This study tests a new medication, CX11, for people with type 2 diabetes who need better blood sugar control despite taking metformin. About 240 adults will receive different doses of CX11 or a placebo for 24 weeks to see if it safely lowers blood sugar. The goal is to find the best dose for managing diabetes long-term.
