Nasal spray vaccine aims to block COVID-19 without needles

Summary
This study compares a single-dose nasal spray COVID-19 vaccine (CVXGA) to a standard mRNA shot (Comirnaty) in about 432 healthy adults who have already had a primary COVID-19 vaccine series. The goal is to see if the nasal vaccine is safer and better at preventing symptomatic COVID-19 over 12 months. Participants will be monitored for lab-confirmed infections and any side effects.
