New pill shows promise for easing early Parkinson's symptoms

Summary
This study tested a new tablet called CVN424 in 64 people with early Parkinson's disease who were not yet on other treatments. Half received the drug and half received a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal was to see if CVN424 could improve movement and daily living skills compared to a placebo.
