New triple therapy shows promise for tough liver cancers

Summary
This study tests a combination of an experimental drug (CVM-1118), an immunotherapy (sintilimab), and a procedure that blocks the tumor's blood supply (TACE) in people with liver cancer that cannot be cured but hasn't spread. About 40 adults will receive all three treatments to see if the tumors shrink and to check for side effects. The goal is to control the disease, not to cure it.
