Could special insoles be the key to easing your back pain?
NCT ID NCT03996980
Summary
This study tested whether custom-made shoe inserts (orthotics) could help reduce chronic low back pain in people with flat, pronated feet. Researchers compared real custom orthotics to placebo inserts in 110 adults. The goal was to see if correcting foot alignment could ease back pain and improve daily function.
