Smart brace aims to take pressure off injured feet

NCT ID NCT06710119

Summary

This study is testing a custom-made carbon fiber foot brace to see if it can reduce the pressure and force on the feet of people with lower leg injuries. Researchers will measure how walking changes with the brace and see if special training with visual feedback helps people use it better. The goal is to help patients walk with less pain and improve their comfort and quality of life.
