Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether a curcumin supplement (C3 complex with piperine) can reduce inflammation and improve symptoms in people with certain blood disorders, including CCUS, low-risk MDS, and MPNs. Thirty participants will receive either curcumin or a placebo for 12 months. Researchers will measure changes in inflammatory markers and symptom scores.
