Can a spice ease your aches? remote study tests curcumin for joint comfort
NCT ID NCT07196046
Summary
This study aims to see if different, easy-to-absorb curcumin (from turmeric) supplements can improve joint comfort in adults who experience occasional mild to moderate joint discomfort. Researchers will remotely compare how 30 participants feel while taking different supplement formulas versus a placebo, using questionnaires and data from their fitness trackers. The goal is to find out if these supplements can make joints feel better and improve daily life.
