First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new exercise called CUped, which uses a robotic device to help stroke survivors recover leg movement and improve walking. The goal is to see if it is safe, tolerable, and effective for 12 adults who have had a stroke. The exercise is done while sitting and focuses on using the affected leg in a pedaling motion to retrain the brain and muscles.
