Summary
This study aims to create a family health history tool specifically designed with and for the African American community. Researchers will work directly with community members to develop the tool, hoping it will encourage more conversations about family health and lead to more preventive screenings. The goal is to help people understand their health risks earlier to prevent diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
